Vintage Alarm Clock
Alarm clocks have a long and fascinating history. Clocks similiar to an alarm clock have been in use since the 15th century and there are examples available from both Germany and England. For American antique alarm clocks, the earliest American manufacture seems to have been by Levi Hutchins in 1787.
The first bedside alarm clock was made by Seth Thomas and they received a patent for their bedside alarm clock back in 1876. So if you're looking for a vintage alarm clock to add to your collection, you have many years worth of clock manufacturing to browse.
