Black Forest Cuckoo Clocks
The first cuckoo clock was crafted over two centuries ago. Word has it that this clock was made over 250 years ago by a man named Franz Kettler in the humble village of Triberg, which is situated in the center of Germany's Black Forest. This type of clock is usually finished in Walnut, with small flowers painted in a rich shade of red. The larger version of the clock is usually designed to be an 8-day clock. This means you would have to wind it up only once, and it will have enough power to last the whole week.
